Within them, a SwissôtelSwissôtel — a Swiss brand of upscale hotels (Accor group), known for refined service, spa and signature dining. It manages Kobuleti Beach Resort. hotel, private residences, and investment apartments, all facing open water.

Kobuleti Beach Resort is the work of Archi, Georgia's leading developer, delivered in partnership with NEXT. Its architecture was created by the Madrid studio of Chapman Taylor, one of the world's foremost design practices, with the Black Sea itself as the guiding influence.
